Tikka is most people’s favorite snack which is served during wedding or dinner party. Tikka is made in many ways from veg to non-veg. Today we are neither going to tell the recipe of paneer nor chicken tikka, but we have brought the recipe of fish tikka for you. To make it, apart from simple spices, pickle masala is needed.
Ingredients of Achaari Fish Tikka
- 600 gms Boneless Fish
- 200 gram Curd
- to taste Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Haldi
- 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Pickle Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt To Taste
How to Make Achaari Fish Tikka
Put lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste in a bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Now take curd in another bowl, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, pickle masala and oil and mix.
Add fish fillets to this mixture and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
After this, put the pieces of fish in the skewer and roast it in the tandoor.
You can also roast them in a nonstick pan or bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Serve with mint chutney and onion rings.
