We are all pooing wrong and according to a book by Giulia Enders titled Charming Bowels , sitting while pooing is so wrong. This definitely means we all are guilty of pooing the wrong way.
So what is the right way to poo? Squatting is the right way to poo as the poo slides out in a much healthier way which doesn’t put pressure on our bums.
“1.2 billion people around the world who squat have almost no incidence of diverticulosis and fewer problems with piles,” says Enders.
“We in the west, on the other hand, squeeze our gut tissue until it comes out of our bottoms.”
