
Recipe of shrimps sautéed on their bed of saffron rice proposed by Jessica sahou , Simple and very delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
- 200g shrimp, already cooked
- a can of peas
- white rice
- Saffron powder
- 2 onions
- Garlic
- A seasoning cube (shrimp)
- Pepper
- Oil
Direction:
Finely chop the onions and garlic and brown them in the oil with the shrimp. Add the saffron powder and water. Simmer for 10 min.
Remove the shrimp and keep them, add the rice and the seasoning cubes and pepper to the sauce so that they can fill the rice well.
Let your rice cook normally.
Once the rice is cooked, add the peas and shrimps. Serve hot for those who like chili you can add it.
